How long does it
take to receive the merchandise I ordered?

our orders and shipping center is in Israel, You should expect
your merchandise within 10-14 business days from the time when your order was placed,
unless the item you ordered is made to order (this info will appear on the item
page), or unless you receive an e-mail from Judaica2000 Jewelry stating otherwise (in
case the item you ordered is out of stock).

long does it take to receive an item that is out of
stock?

Though we do our best to make
sure all the products we offer are always available, we
occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you
order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours.

are your shipping options and costs?

Starting on August 15, 2005 All
orders will be shipped from Israel by registered airmail.
Orders of over $75 are free of shipping charge, orders under $75
are charged $9.95 for shipping.
there are no
additional handling or insurance charges.
If you wish to
use a faster shipping method, please contact us directly
for cost and delivery times.

30 days, as long as the merchandise is unused, we'll
exchange it or refund your money . Just send the gift in its
original packaging and send the package via U.S. Priority
Mail or insured mail. This protects you in case the gift is
damaged or lost in transit. |
